AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING AND REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 3.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CHAPMAN, KANSAS, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. The City of Chapman, Kansas, on or about the 12th day of May, 1999, passed Charter Ordinance No. 3 to exempt the City of Chapman and make it applicable to the provisions of K.S.A. 13-1024a.

Section 2. That the Governing Body of the City of Chapman, Kansas, hereby repeals Charter Ordinance No. 3.

Section 3. That the City of Chapman, Kansas, hereby makes applicable the provisions of K.S.A. 13-1024a.
