(a) Disposal of tree and brush material shall be permitted at the area of the tree and brush disposal site during such time periods as indicated by posted signs at said site.
(b) Burning of tree and brush material shall be confined to the area designated on the permit issued by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, shall conform to the Air Pollution Control regulations of said agency, and shall not endanger the public safety or welfare.
(c) The use of the tree and brush site shall be limited to the City of Chapman and citizens of the City of Chapman. Commercial haulers are strictly prohibited.
(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any material other than tree or brush material at the tree and brush disposal site, to deposit any material, including tree and brush material at such site at any time or place not indicated by posted signs to bum material at such site except as permitted by subsection (b) above, or to deposit limbs that are greater than ten inches (10”) in diameter.
