ARTICLE 6. CHAPMAN HEALTH AND ACTIVITY PROGRAM (CHAP)

12-601. CHAP program authorized.

The Chapman Health & Activity Program (CHAP) is authorized and established to maintain a program whereby persons may enter into a membership agreement or contract with the City of Chapman to have access to designated city recreational facilities and programs for the payment of fees pursuant to a fee structure established by the City.

12-602. Membership agreements or contracts.

The City Administrator is authorized to enter into Membership Agreements or Contracts between the City of Chapman and participants of the CHAP program.

12-603. Terms and forms of membership agreements or contracts.

The City Administrator is authorized to establish the terms and requisite forms for the Membership Agreements or Contracts.

12-604. Fees.

Any increase of established CHAP fees shall be approved by the Governing Body.
