ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION AND COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS, AND RELATED FEES AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 841.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CHAPMAN, KANSAS THAT:

Section 2 of charter ordinance number 841 is hereby amended as follows:

A.    For docketing any case and thereafter entering any final judgment or order: $70.00.

D.    In addition to any arrest warrant bond the court will also assess a $25.00 warrant administration fee to be assessed by the City and collected by the City.
