(a) The speed limit on east 6th Street from Marshall A venue to the south entrance of the Daryl Beemer Ball Complex shall be 20 miles per hour at all times.
(b) Fines for violation of the speed limit shall be set pursuant to the regular fine schedule unless a different special zone shall be in effect including, but not limited to, construction zones.

(a) The following streets shall be designated as “Business District” for purposes of establishing a maximum speed limit of 20 miles per hour under Section 33 of the Standard Traffic Ordinance.
(1) Marshall Street from the south city limits to the north side of the intersection of 6th Street and Marshall Avenue.
(b) Any school zone shall remain in place with fines doubled during the times the school zone is in effect.
