The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

All of Block 12, the north one-half of Block 13, the north one-half of Block 14, the south one-half of Block 11, together with Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 11, Lots 11, 12 and 13 of Block 6, and the south one-half of Block 5, all in the original town of Chapman, Kansas.
