AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 841 AND ORDINANCE NO. 867 INCREASING MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CHAPMAN, KANSAS THAT:

Section 2 of charter ordinance number 841 and ordinance number 867 are hereby amended as follows:

A.   For docketing any case and thereafter entering any final judgment or order: $95.00
