CHAPTER XII. PUBLIC PROPERTYCHAPTER XII. PUBLIC PROPERTY\ARTICLE 4. INDIAN HILL MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE

(a)   The municipal golf course is governed by the laws of the city and the city council.

(b)   The municipal golf course shall be maintained by the superintendent and he or she shall have the power and duty to see that the golf course is maintained properly and to discontinue the playing of the game if he or she so deems necessary for whatever purpose.

(c)   The laws of the city shall extend to the municipal golf course and the city police shall patrol the golf course.

The rules and regulations concerning the use of the municipal golf course shall be established by the superintendent and approved by the council. Rules governing the use of the course shall be posted at the golf course and available for inspection.

Fees shall be determined by resolution of the governing body.
